The products offered on this site are handmade and custom painted, handcrafted, paint and drum.
The customer acknowledges and agrees that:
• Each piece is unique.
• There may be variations in design, color, dimensions and finish.
• These variations do not constitute defects.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS
• Custom orders require prior confirmation between the customer and the seller.
• Once the design is approved and payment is subsequently approved, the order goes into production.
• The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete information.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENTS
• All prices are expressed in EUROS.
• The payment can be total and at the time of purchase the payment platform has the option of deferring the payment to the months that the customer decides.
• Production will start only after confirmation of payment.
The owner reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

5. PRODUCTION TIMES
Due to the artisanal nature:
• Production times are estimated, indicated in production or previously agreed with the buyer.
• May vary by workload, complexity, or external factors
The customer accepts these possible adjustments.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are made.
The customer agrees that:
• Delivery times are estimated.
• There may be delays due to external causes (customs, logistics, weather, etc.).
• You are responsible for taxes, duties, or import charges in your country.
The owner shall not be liable for:
• Carrier delays.
• Additional costs at customs.

7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Due to the personalized and artisanal nature of the item:
• Cancellations are not accepted once production has started.
• Returns are not accepted unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.
In case of defect:
• Customer shall notify within 5 days of delivery.
• Each case will be evaluated individually.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The products offered are for artistic, musical and/or therapeutic purposes.
Holder does not warrant specific results derived from the use of the product, including (but not limited to):
• Therapeutic results.
• Physical, emotional, or spiritual benefits.
Use of the product is the responsibility of the customer.
